FileBound Viewer not showing emails properly

We recently encountered an issue where emails that were scanned into the system using the FileBound Integration Kit (not scanned from the copier) were not showing all of the text on in the viewer. To resolve this I did the following:


1. Remove registry entries:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\5.0\User Agent\Post Platform]

"FBViewer-6.0.2.0"="6.0.2.0"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\User Agent\Post Platform]

"FBViewer-6.0.2.0"="6.0.2.0"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\5.0\User Agent\Post Platform]

"FBViewer-6.0.2.0"="6.0.2.0"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\User Agent\Post Platform]

"FBViewer-6.0.2.0"="6.0.2.0"


If they don't already exist on the computer, do not worry about it.


2. Uninstall the following in any order:


Adobe Reader, Viewer Launcher, FileBound Integration Kit, Speedfile (if present)


3. Reboot the computer.


4. Install the in the following order:


Adobe Reader, FileBound Viewer Launcher (H:\Support\FileBound\New), FileBound Integration Kit (H:\Support\FileBound\v5.4.1K-uncompressed\Standard), Speedfile (H:\Support\Speedfile) if needed.
